The Story Behind the Movement

I came to this country as a teenage immigrant with nothing but a sketchbook and a dream. I built a 20-year career at the highest levels of fashion — runways, celebrities, global brands. Then one company decided my experience made me "too old for their culture." They were wrong. And instead of walking away quietly, I founded the Age Equity Foundation — because my story is not unique. It is happening every day, in every industry, to people who deserve better. This movement is for all of them.
